To make a purchase on our site you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card and warrant that the personal information, which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. You will be required to provide your personal details, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. 

You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. 

Where we have given you (or you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. 

In order to contract with ToDiveFor Ltd you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. 



When you make an order from you are offering to buy the item(s) at the price stated subject to these terms & conditions. You will be guided through the process of placing an order on the website, on completion you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of you order, payment reference and the value which you will be debited from credit/debit card. Our acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the item(s) ordered by you. We reserve the right not to accept your order if (a) we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, (b) we identify a product or pricing error, (c) any shipping restrictions, (d) if an item is out of stock, (e) if stock doesn't meet quality control standards or you do not meet eligibility criteria set out within these terms & conditions. 



Your card will be charged in British Pounds Sterling (£)

We insure each purchase whilst it is in transit until delivered to your specific address. All orders require a signature at which point responsibility for items passes to you. If you have specified delivery for another person (e.g a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or that delivery address is evidence of a delivery and fulfilment by ToDiveFor Ltd and responsibility is transferred in the same way. 

We ship international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties and you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country. You will be required to make payment to release your order from customs. 



Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard,Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB & Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of order.  

Items which are not yet available can be Pre-Ordered. Please note for Pre-Orders; 100% of the order value will be charged upon placement of order. Delivery times may change due to production schedules. 

We take reasonable care to make sure our site is secure. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using WorldPay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts card details in a secure host environment. We do no store your credit/debit card details, only your billing and delivery address for future orders. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure you shopping experience is safe, simple and secure. 



If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel any purchase providing you give us written notice. We will provide a full refund including shipping costs as long as the cancelled items are returned to us securely in perfect condition with all original packaging. 

You can return unwanted items within 30 days for an exchange or full refund by completing the form provided with you order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received are faulty or damaged. Sale items are only eligible for an exchange. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective strip, returns may not be accepted if this strip have been removed or if items are damaged or soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. Faulty goods are classified if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Pleas note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method excluding shipping costs. Please be aware card refunds may take up to 10 working days for you bank issuer to complete the refund, unfortunately we are unable to influence this. We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items.

Promotional codes offered are non transferable and there is no cash alternative. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Types of cookies
