Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item? We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange on all items bought online when returned within 28 days of receiving your original order.
To return your item(s) simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us which items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why. We will email you a returns label and you can drop your parcel to one of the Collect+ locations - Please click here to find your nearest one.
You will receive proof of postage and a tracking code - please ensure you retain proof of postage as we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse.
Return parcels take 3-5 working days to reach us. We will email you as soon as we receive your parcel and either order your replacement or issue a refund.
Please note: we are only able to exchange items for an alternative size or colour. If you would like a different item, please return for a refund and purchase the new item(s) separately.
International customers can return an item(s) for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) within 28 days of receiving your original order using your local postal service or courier.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service to our International customers. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item(s) you are returning or obtain proof of posting. We are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. It can take up to 21 working days for return items to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and the postal service used.
Your rights are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, EU customers have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel any purchase. Where this applies we will provide a full refund as long as the cancelled items are returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging.
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
We try hard to accept all returns, please return in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Our branded boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned with the item(s).
Faulty goods are classified if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on MeyliMiyaru.co.uk. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method excluding shipping costs. Please be aware card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank issuer to complete the refund, unfortunately we are unable to influence this. We will refund the price you purchased your item(s) at, including sale items.
