RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! You can return your item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs).  

Fill out the form on the back of your invoice, place inside the package and post unwanted items back to us using the address label provided. 

Lost your invoice? It's okay, just email customercare@todivefor.com & request a new one. Alternatively you can print your email order confirmation and detail on it which item(s) you wish to return for a refund/exchange.

Please ensure you retain proof of postage as we are not responsible for items until they reach our warehouse. Returns must reach us within 30 days of the original order date. We will email you as soon as we receive your parcel and either order your replacement or issue a refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for a return to be fully checked in & processed. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received by the customer are faulty/damaged.

EXCHANGES

Please note: We are only able to exchange items for an alternative size or colour. If you would like a different item, please return for a refund and purchase the new item(s) separately. Sale items are only eligible for an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Your rights are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, EU customers have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel any purchase. Where this applies we will provide a full refund as long as the cancelled items are returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging. 

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Any items damaged or worn will not be accepted for exchange/refund and may be sent back to the customer. Please return items in the original packaging with all labels intact. 

REFUNDS will be issued to the original payment method excluding shipping costs. Please be aware card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank issuer to complete the refund, unfortunately we are unable to influence this. We will refund the price you purchased your item(s) at, including sale items. 

Import fees are not refunded for shipments being returned from outside the EU.
