How do I place an order?

Use SWIM, DIVE, BEACH to browse our products. Select your item, colour & size and click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. To review your shopping bag or remove items click the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. You will receive an email notification once your order is complete. Once the item(s) has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch.

What does 'Pre-Order' mean? 

Pre-order means that the item is not available to ship immediately but it can be ordered in advance.
Please Note:  With Pre-Orders, you will be charged 100% of the item value when you place the order.
Our customer service team will keep you updated with your expected delivery date.

 

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

If an item you’d like to purchase is out-of-stock please contact us and we can tell you when we will have more stock available.

 

I'd like an item in a print not shown on the website? 

If you'd like a piece in a print not shown on our website please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your requirements. 

 

I’ve forgotten my password, What should I do?

To re-set your password please follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the SIGN IN page. 

 

Is my personal information kept private?

All information you share with us is private and confidential. We do not share, lease or sell your personal information to any third parties. For further details please read the Meyli Miyaru Terms & Conditions.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB & Paypal.

     

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at MeyliMiyaru.com?

All information you share with us is kept private and all credit/debit card transactions are processed through a secure checkout system provided by WorldPay. A secure online payment gateway which encrypts card details in a secure host environment. We do no store your credit/debit card details, only your billing and delivery address for future orders. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure you shopping experience is safe, simple and secure.  

 

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

Unfortunately at this time we only offer payment in British Pound Sterling (£). Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged. 

 

International Customs & Duty? 

Orders delivered to an EU address pay UK VAT (20%) which is already included in the product price. There are no other applicable taxes or duties. Orders delivered to international addresses (outside of the EU) are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties and you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country. You will be required to make payment to release your order from customs.

How does my order come packaged?

We gift wrap all orders free of charge. Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in one of our luxury branded boxes and shipped in a brown postal box. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with details to track your parcel. If you have registered, you can also track your parcel via MY ACCOUNT.

 

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

To ensure your parcel arrives safely all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to accept your order. If you are not available to sign for your parcel the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery.


How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

Need to return or exchange an item? We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange on all items bought online when returned within 28 days of receiving your original order. 

Simply send us an email at customercare@meylimiyaru.com telling us which items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why, we will get back to you with the next steps. Returns are FREE for UK customers. Please click here to view our UK and International returns policies. 


What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days for an exchange or full refund. Simply fill out the form provided with your invoice and post your unwanted item(s) back to us using the Royal Mail returns label. We are sorry but we are only able to exchange items for an alternative size or colour. If you would like an alternative item, please return for a refund and purchase the new piece separately. All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all labels still attached. Our branded boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). What is your international returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days for an exchange or full refund. Simply fill out the form provided with your invoice and post your unwanted item(s) back to us. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns policy from outside the UK. We recommend sending return goods by registered delivery as we will not be responsible for any goods we do not receive. We are also not liable for any customs or handling charges for items returned from outside the UK. Please see our Returns Policy for further information. 

 

What if I received the wrong order? 

We do our best to ensure you receive the correct items, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If the order you received is incorrect please contact us, we will send a replacement as soon as possible and give you details about how to return the wrong item.
